Happy Halloween!
I’m a winner today – Best Group in my office’s costume contest!
But that’s it for my Halloween festivities. My plan is to limit my time in horrific traffic, so I’ll be staying at work late and then going home to knit (got a knitting mention in there at least).

big shopping weekend
It started on Saturday, with the (mostly) Pasadena SnBer westside yarn crawl. We all met bright and early at A Mano, my favorite yarn store. They currently have a lot of things on sale at 40% off – Clover needles, Mission Falls 1824 Wool, and even Cherry Tree Hill Supersock yarn!

I attended a Harry Potter movie marathon yesterday. This involved:
Watching (or half-watching) all four Harry Potter movies.
Lots of yummy snacks like make-your-own guacamole, devilled eggs, and brownies.
Butterbeer, margaritas, and cosmo saketinis (along with some non-alcoholic beveages).
Knitting (of course).
