Quick Teaser

My green tweed cardigan is done! I finished the knitting at SnB on Tuesday, bought buttons on Wednesday, and then immediately went home to sew them on and weave in all 6 ends (I love seamless sweaters). No pictures yet, but I hope to get some this weekend. I wore it to work on Thursday, and I love it! It’s my favorite sweater yet.

Now that I’ve finished my UFO attack ahead of schedule, I can start another big project! With this nice cool spell (and rain even!), I really want to knit another sweater. The problem is deciding which one – tweed or solid, striped or single colored, aran or dk (or 4ply)? Central Park is high on my list, but I’m not sure I’m ready to commit to such an involved project (an actual pattern plus seaming).

For now I’ve started a quickie, but I don’t have time to tell you about it – I’m off to the L.A. County Fair!

I love how last week’s post had a picture of you sitting in the sun at the Harlot event wearing your picokami. Today… tons o’ rain which I love. Definitely makes for cozy knitting.

CPH is really easy. You’d finish it in nothing flat, seams included. Or, check the KAL; I think several are knitting the back and sides as one piece.

Looks like you and Monkey had fun at the fair. Baaaaa!
